Mounting took about 10 minutes and includes wall and ceiling. We are using the ceiling hooks and due to the solidness of it, is very stable. I was impressed with the brightness of the screen with the projected image at 1080i and at 720p as well as the viewing angle was quite good. As with all screens I have used it can be a bit tricky to get it retract when only partially deployed. For the money and Amazon Prime this is an excellent choice both in quality and price.

FAVI 16:9/100-Inch Electric Projector Screen (HD-100) Review

(More customer reviews)A few months back we recently purchased a couple Favi electric projector screens online. Honestly never heard of them but we decided to give it a shot because of their money back guarantee...We were really impressed with how the screen performed. I have used all different screen companies for our systems but the motor in the favi's def runs the smoothest of any we ever installed.

Setup: Straight forward instructions. What we really liked was the built-in mounting brackets for both wall and ceiling mounting. Made life a little bit easier allowing for a quick ceiling or wall installation depending on the customer requirement.
Operation: Pretty standard for this type of electric screen with up/down/stop buttons on the main controller and each of the remotes. Pleased it came with both an Infrared Remote (allows you to program to a universal remote) and a RF Remote (goes through walls, allows you to keep the main controller box out of site)
Motor: Smooth/Quiet
Tension: Obviously not a tension screen but motor and a slightly weighted bottom bar perform very nicely together. We all agreed with Favi's assertion that there is no reason to spend extra money on a tension screen.
Material: Gain seemed on par or slightly better than the Elite VMAX and Da-Lite we typically useIR and RF Remote Operation: Standard, no complaints. Really nice it included 2 remote controls.Warranty: Typical 1 year warranty Overall Value: Excellent
Coming from an Audio/Video systems integrator, I highly recommend the favi for anyone looking to purchase an electric projector screen.

(More customer reviews)I purchased several of these mounts to place in classrooms. That are very lightweight and easy to install. There is nothing complex or fancy about them and it makes hanging a screen a breeze. This is a perfect example of keeping it simple to be most effective.
The ability to adjust the distance of the screen from the wall is really nice especially when you need extra clearance for an interactive whiteboard or wall mounted map.

(More customer reviews)The screen seems very solidly built and durable. I set it up before I read the instructions and I was able to figure it out, in spite of the fact that it takes several steps to set up.
The Screen itself is flawless and bright white, and stands straight. The tripod stands with one leg parallel to the screen, and when the screen folds, the roll swivels to tuck next to this leg.
You might, like me, assume that one can easily detach the tripod to use the screen in other ways, and you would, like me, be disappointed. This screen is all in one piece, which I guess is good so that there are no loose parts and for better portability, but you will always use it with a tripod.
Finally, mine came without the keystone eliminator, but it was supposed to include it. The keystone eliminator is an accessory that attaches onto the perch at the top. The screen works without it, you just hang the screen to the perch, as it is designed to work with or without the keystone eliminator. But then it does not allow adjusting the angle, so it always stands vertical. At the moment I am resolving this with amazon and I will be fast to update this review when amazon responds.
One last thing: This screen smells like fresh polyurethane paint. It's probably because it's new. Just something worth mentioning.

Number 11 14IN Extending Wall Bracket To Attach Screen To Wall Review

It has nothing to keep the bracket from rocking from side to side unless it is cinched abnormally tightly to the wall. It's basically a rectangular prism with a hole through it; I think a flange or some other type of widening on the side that touches the wall would make the bracket more stable. It would be nice to have a suggestion for hardware in the documentation because the mounting hole is rather large. I like the ability make it wider by switching the orientation; it is a handy feature.Also, the picture on Amazon has three different brackets, so it was confusing when I was ordering. The one I am reviewing is the lower left bracket in the current picture (Sept. 2008).

(More customer reviews)I was looking to originally rent a screen for a conference I was going to. It would have ended up costing me $50 to rent for more than two days. I got this screen for just a little bit more. It was well worth it! It works great, light weight and easy to fold and transport. Only quips is that it's flimsy and really needs to be taken care of. I can't imagine throwing this screen around or beating it up and having it last that long. But if you take care of your stuff, then it should last you a long time. I am very happy so far and really have nothing else to complain about. It was big enough to suit my needs... although it's dumb that the screen opens further, but the rod on the back doesn't stretch that far... but at the same time, the rod extends higher than the screen can reach... But again, not anything that really makes a big deal to me. Okay, I'm done babbling...

To really appreciate the quality of the screen you'll need to have a blue-ray, HD, or upscaling DVD player or a video signal from some HD source, preferably 720p or higher. Even after I went from the wall to this screen, my old DVD player (which was about 8 years old) played on the screen with waves/ridges in the picture. I thought the screen might be too bumpy. I then bought a cheap upscaling DVD player (Helios H4000) and connecting to my projector over composite at 720p and 1080i. Simply fantastic picture. Crisp, clear, no ridges or bumps. So I give this screen a thumbs up, but just note if the signal you're passing to the projector is not high def or an upscaling high def signal, you still might not be getting the picture you hoped for. It's not the fault of the screen though.

It reflects a lot more of the image and has a better quality of picture. We also use it for the few 3d blu-ray movies that we have and the 3d effect was a lot stronger over the bed sheet. I went to the hardware store and picked up two hooks with a screw in end. I had the screen mounted in about 15 minutes with just a little help from my wife. It was easier with two people but I'm sure I could have done it myself. The product picture is deceiving, this is a wide screen 16:9 screen. We use it for movies and some tv and we think it works great!

Model B 96X96 Mw Manual Pull Down Screen Review

(More customer reviews)This is a fantastic screen; with the 720p Mitsubishi projector I got and this screen, I have an 8 foot, HD-native, Wii-inspiring set up that has all the guests ooing and ahing. And best of all, the entire video cost (screen + projector + mounting(x2)) is cheaper than a new HD TV would be!
I cannot emphasize enough how great of a purchase this is if you are into watching movies or the ultimate in gaming experience. I'm never going to go see a movie in a theatre again (unless it's a crazy sci-fi flick in 3-D, etc), which will pay for this screen in only one year if you go see a movie 7 times on a date... the cost/benefit analysis is through the roof. We also hook up Netflix on-demand through the computer and the video is perfectly fine for TV shows, and we even watch ESPN360 for the USC games that aren't carried on national TV.
I even cut down my costs more by mounting it to my white wall with white shelf supporters, an eye-hook, and clasp from Home Depot. Entire mounting process was only $10 and about 30 minutes. If you are handy at ALL, you will have no problem attaching this to your wall or ceiling, and the screen has a perfect ability to extend and stay. I suggest leaving it about 6 inches from the wall when you attach it, as retraction is a breeze at that distance and it still looks great while hanging on a white wall.

Several people who have left reviews for this product have complained because it doesn't provide any mounting hardware. The problem with this is the company would have to provide hardware for so many different applications because they don't have a clue as to what kind of material your going to be mounting it to. As for me the wall was made of wood and I purchased 4 lag bolts for about a dollar. This worked great. It hold the screen great and I have had no problems what so ever.

Nintendo DS Lite LCD Screen Protector / Screen Guard, with Application Card and Microfiber Cleaning Cloth Review

(More customer reviews)The product fits pretty well, it has tight horizontal dimensions, leaves less than a 1mm gap vertically. I find the space needed for future replacements, but the downside is that because the protector seems to be of great quality, that you might not need to even replace the thing! So a tighter fitting protector could be used perhaps.
Reason why it didn't get a 5 star from is because of the other items that come with the product. The protectors themselves are really awesome, but the cleaning cloth is horrible, don't bother with it, it was unraveling and leaving bits of it when I was cleaning the screen, which is counter productive (used another microfiber cloth I had). Also, my products didn't come with an applicator card (I have a bunch of these from other products). To me these are pretty minor, especially at the price for this product!

- Main product (protectors) are top notch quality.
- Fits screen really well.
- Full adhesive backing (I've seen some protectors where the adhesive was only on corners)

- Microfiber cloth unravels a little.

One thing I wasn't sure of when I ordered it. It comes with two screw holes in the frame itself so it can be mounted flush with the wall, or you can use a mounting bracket to mount it away from the wall. Either way, it works wonderful and gives a perfect place to show movies.
