(More customer reviews)I've had pretty good luck with the product to date, with a couple things that I would want with the product for it to be 5 stars.
1) The adjustable straps on the bag do not seem to work that well. They seem to get loose on their own. This hasn't caused too many issues, but it's annoying.
2) I wish that the front pouch had a zipper or velcro.
3) The shoulder strap is pretty cheesy. I ended up replacing with another strap.
Bottom line, it's great finally not to take out my laptop at the airport security lines.
Word of caution, it seems not all TSA folks at the airport are aware of the checkpoint friendly bags, so I've had issues with them, though only on a couple occasions to date.
